Hadhi Homes Ltd ("Hadhi Homes", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through hadhihomes.com and when you contact us, how we use it, and the rights you have under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Callback requests: your name, phone number, the best time to call you and the property you asked about.
- Calls, WhatsApp messages and emails: your name, phone number or email address, and whatever you tell us about the home you are looking for or the property you want to sell or let.
- Viewings: the date and time you choose and the property you want to see.
The website has no accounts, logins or payments, and we never ask for card or bank details on it.
How we use it
- To call you back, answer your questions and arrange viewings.
- To send you homes that match what you asked for, when you have asked us to.
- To help you buy, sell or let a property, including passing your contact details to the seller, landlord or lawyer involved when you ask us to proceed.
- To keep a record of our conversations so we can follow up properly.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we will not add you to marketing messages unless you ask to receive them. You can ask us to stop at any time.
Who else handles it
We use a few trusted services to run the website and talk to you:
- WhatsApp (Meta) when you message us or send a callback request through WhatsApp.
- Our website host and any form service that delivers callback requests to us.
- Google Fonts, which supplies the website's typefaces. Your browser connects to Google to load them, which shares your IP address with Google.
Some of these services may store information outside Kenya. We only use providers that protect personal information, and we share only what is needed.
Cookies
The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may remember small settings, such as where you scrolled in a list of categories, and these never identify you. If we add website analytics in future, we will update this policy first.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to help with your enquiry or transaction, and to meet our legal and accounting duties. After that we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information;
- object to us using it, including for marketing.

Only our team can see your details, and only to help you. The website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection.
