These terms apply when you use hadhihomes.com, run by Hadhi Homes Ltd ("Hadhi Homes", "we"). By using the website you agree to them.
Our listings
We visit and inspect the properties we list, and we work hard to keep every detail accurate. Even so:
- Prices, availability, sizes and features can change, and a home may be sold or let before we update the website. Please confirm the details with us before making any decision.
- Some images of new and off-plan developments are architect's drawings or computer renders, not photos. Finished homes may differ.
- A listing is an invitation to talk to us, not an offer or a contract. A property is only bought or let once a written agreement is signed by both sides.
Before you buy
We guide you through the process, but you should always:
- use your own advocate (lawyer) for any purchase;
- have an official search done on the title deed, for example through Ardhisasa, before paying anything;
- view the property in person, or by live video with us, before committing.
Stay safe from scams
Never send money to anyone because of a phone call or message alone. Payments for a purchase or lease should only be made under a signed agreement, through the advocates or official accounts named in that agreement. If anyone claiming to be from Hadhi Homes asks you to pay a deposit or fee to a personal M-Pesa number, call us first on 0727 100 900.
Using the website
- The photos, videos and text on this website belong to Hadhi Homes or the property owners. Please do not copy them for other listings or websites without our written permission.
- Do not use the website to send false enquiries or spam, or to try to break or misuse it.
- Links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok, are run by those companies under their own terms.
Our responsibility
The information on this website is a general guide. As far as the law allows, Hadhi Homes is not responsible for any loss that comes from relying on it without confirming the details with us and with your advocate. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Kenyan law that cannot be excluded.
